Saturday: Yucatan ($25 gift certificates from MIL for Christmas)
Sunday: We slept through breakfast and hubby ran away with a friend for the afternoon. I spent the afternoon shopping, so I'm waiting for dinner :)
Taco ring (using taco meat from earlier this week)
Monday: hamburger helper lasagna, green beans and garlic bread
Tuesday: Beef roast, onions, potatoes, carrots
Wednesday: Chicken quesadillas, spanish rice and refried beans
Thursday: Potato soup, rolls
Friday: Chicken pot pie
Saturday: Meatloaf, cheesy potatoes, corn
